To update your billing details, you can reach out to our Support Team via email or phone.

  2. The subject of the email should be "Update Billing Information."
  3. In the body of the email, kindly indicate that you wish to update your billing information. Do not include any sensitive billing information such as your credit card number or bank account details in the email.
  4. Our Support Team will get back to you within 24 hours with a secure form for you to fill out your new billing details.

  2. Once connected, please tell the representative that you wish to update your billing information.
  3. The representative will guide you through the secure process of updating your billing details over the phone.
