Troubleshoot connectivity issues
What to do if your device won't connect to the monitoring centre.
If your device won't connect during a test or alert, cellular signal is the most common cause.
Try this first
- Move to a different area of your home (near a window or main floor).
- Avoid basements or areas with heavy concrete when possible.
- Try the test again after moving.
If it still won't connect
- Do not rely on the device until we've helped troubleshoot.
- Contact support so we can help you confirm coverage and next steps.
