If your device won't charge or you're seeing frequent low battery warnings, try these steps first.
Quick checks
- Confirm the charger is plugged in securely.
- Make sure the device is seated correctly on the charger.
- Try a different outlet if possible.
- Let it charge for at least 30–60 minutes before testing.
Battery draining faster than expected
