Can I end a Holo Mini (Belle W) call?
Yes, you can force-end a call by holding the SOS button for 6 seconds. This is advised only in troubleshooting situations, not during an active call with an operator.
How do I adjust the volume?
The device volume is set to an optimal level (6 by default), but it can be adjusted in the Dealer Portal or API.
Do I need to speak directly into the device?
No, the Holo Mini (Belle W) has a noise-canceling microphone optimized for speakerphone use.
Where is the reset button and what does it do?
The reset button is located on the back of the device. Pressing it briefly will put the device to sleep until reactivated.
How do I make a call after a reset?
After resetting, press the SOS button to power on the device, then press it again to make a call.
How do I know if the device is charging?
The Holo Mini (Belle W) will say “Charging” and the call button will flash red while charging. Once fully charged, the call button will turn solid red.
What size watch band can Holo Mini (Belle W) use?
The Holo Mini (Belle W) uses 24mm quick-release smartwatch bands. Bands 3mm or thinner are recommended.
What types of falls trigger fall detection?
Fall detection triggers from forward face-plants, falling to the knees before falling forward, or falling directly backward.
How can I test fall detection?
Hold the device 1-2 feet above your hand and drop it gently. After catching it, shake the device to simulate a fall.
What does it mean if the blue light is flashing?
A flashing blue light indicates the device is searching for cellular coverage or is disabled. Check the Dealer Portal for cellular status or cached commands.
How should I wear the Holo Mini (Belle W) to ensure accurate fall detection?
Wear the Holo Mini (Belle W) on your wrist for the best fall detection results.
How can I find a misplaced device in Ready Mode?
Change the device profile to Always On in the Dealer Portal, locate the device, then switch it back to Ready Mode.
