We recommend testing your device about once per month so you stay confident it's working.
How to test
- Choose a calm time when you can speak.
- Press the button once and wait for the operator.
- Tell the operator it's a test.
- Confirm you can hear each other clearly.
If your test doesn't connect
- Move to an area with better cellular signal and try again.
- If it still won't connect, contact support right away.
