Your monitoring profile helps the operator identify you and coordinate help quickly during an alert.

What we may need from you

• Your full name and primary address (including unit number, if applicable).
• Emergency contacts (names, relationship, and phone numbers).
• Any details you want the operator to know in an emergency.

If anything important is missing, we'll reach out before shipping so there are no delays.
