Activate and test your device

The quickest way to feel confident your device is working from your location.

Your device is only fully protected once it's activated and tested from your location.

How activation works

  1. After delivery, we'll guide you through activation by phone.
  2. You'll press the button once to place a test alert.
  3. The monitoring centre answers and confirms two-way audio.
  4. We confirm your details are correct on their end.

If you prefer to self-test

If you'd rather not do it on the phone, we can still guide you on what to do. The goal is the same: confirm the device connects properly where you live.
