Holo Pro overview and everyday use

Holo Pro is a pendant-style emergency alert device with two-way voice, GPS location services, and automatic fall detection enabled by default.

Everyday basics

• Wear it consistently so it’s there when you need it.
• The most important factor is having it on when something happens.
• If you remove it at home, choose a consistent place to keep it so it’s easy to put back on.

• Press the button anytime you need help (even if you’re unsure).
• Use the button if you feel unwell, unsafe, or think you might need assistance.
• It’s always okay to press it—if you can talk, the operator will confirm what you need.
• Two-way voice lets you speak and listen during an alert.

• Keep it charged based on your routine and usage.
• A simple charging habit (like charging at the same time each day or on a set schedule) helps make sure it’s ready when you need it.

Water safety

Holo Pro is shower-safe, but it is not designed for swimming or submersion.

• Remove it for baths, pools, hot tubs, or any activity where it could be underwater.

Tip: If you take it off for water activities, put it back on right afterward so it’s there when you need it.
