Caregiver Mobile add-on for Holo Pro

Caregiver Mobile is an optional add-on available for Holo Pro. It’s designed for families and caregivers who want added visibility and peace of mind.

What the app can do

With Caregiver Mobile, caregivers can:

• Locate the device on demand to check where it is.

• Ring the device to help find it if it’s been misplaced.

• Add Places (common locations the device user visits) and receive enter/exit notifications.

• Receive app notifications for key events, including:
• Help button presses
• Fall detection alerts
• Low battery
• Power off
• First motion of the day and no first motion

• View alert history, including button press history.

• Check device battery level.

• View motion history and set a target first motion time.

• Track steps and set a daily step goal.

• Monitor multiple Holo Pro devices in one account and receive notifications for each (when enabled on your account).

Tip: To receive app alerts reliably, make sure notifications are enabled for Caregiver Mobile on your phone.

• This add-on is only available for Holo Pro.

• The add-on fee is $10 per month.

• App availability and features can vary over time and by device settings.
