What's included

• 24/7 live monitoring by trained operators.
• Location services to help identify where you are when you need help.
• Automatic fall detection enabled by default.

How alerts connect

All emergency alerts and calls to the monitoring centre go over cellular. Some devices may use nearby Wi-Fi signals only to improve location accuracy.
