Update emergency contacts and profile details

Keep your address and contacts current so help can be coordinated correctly.

Accurate profile details help the monitoring centre respond correctly during an alert.

What you can update

  • Address (including unit number or building instructions).
  • Emergency contacts (names and phone numbers).
  • Any notes you want the operator to know in an emergency.

How to update
