What the manufacturer’s warranty covers and how to get help.

Your device is covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

If you think your device has a warranty issue

Email support@holoalert.ca with:
• A short description of the issue
• Which device you have (Holo Pro, Holo Mini, or Holo Active)
• When the issue started
• Any helpful details about when it happens (for example, “only while charging” or “intermittently during the day”)

If the device arrived not working

If your device is not working on arrival, contact us right away so we can help and arrange a replacement if needed. Include:
• Your name
• Your shipping address
• Which device you received
• What isn’t working (for example, it won’t turn on, won’t charge, or the button doesn’t respond)
