How replacements work for shipping damage, issues on arrival, and customer-caused damage.

If your device arrives damaged or isn't working properly, contact us right away so we can help.

If the device was damaged during shipping or not working on arrival

We will replace it at no cost.

If the device is damaged due to misuse

If damage is caused by misuse, a replacement cost may apply.
